A one-of-a-kind custom iced-out Cartier Santos de Cartier Large transformed by a master aftermarket diamond setter into a full-coverage pavé statement piece of extraordinary visual impact — every surface of the stainless steel case, bezel, lugs, and Santos-link bracelet has been hand-set with round brilliant-cut diamonds in a seamless white pavé that leaves no metal visible from any angle. The original Santos octagonal square bezel is now defined by its diamond coverage, while the gold-tone screws and sapphire cabochon crown in rose gold provide warm contrast punctuation across the iced surface. A personalised AMG engraving on the lower bracelet centre link establishes this as a unique bespoke commission.
